Project Type: Residential 
Project Goal: Updated living and office space to fit client’s needs in the in 
order to create relaxing space.
Software: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Lumion
Main Living Space: The living space features a sleeper sofa, electric 
fireplace, and small seating area. The request of the client was to create a space that honored the design period of the house, art deco, with a modern twist.
Office Space: The office is open to the living space, but separated with a step up. There is storage in the closet for office supplies and any  guests that stay. The only overhead lighting is a single recessed light in the bathroom, so there are a variety of lamps 
throughout the space.
Bathroom: The changes to the bathroom are minimal. The clients did not want to get rid of the original pink tiles or pocket door, so the focus of the bathroom was to add art work and new fixtures that are more energy efficient.
